Off the Record: Amazing Waterspout in Texas

A little unknown fact about me is that I originally enrolled in college to study meteorology. Having grown up in Louisiana, I was (and still am) fascinated by tornados and hurricanes. In fact, I wanted to spend my life studying the two. Though God has redirected my steps since my days as a young freshman in college, I am still fascinated by tornados, hurricanes, and severe weather in general.

While surfing through pictures on www.weather.com, I came across the beauty of a waterspout in Texas. Though my meteorology professor taught me how tornadoes (and waterspouts) are formed, I’m still amazed at how God’s creation forms such beautiful, powerful, yet destructive forces. Watch the clip below and enjoy.
